1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Delta CLI ("Service") operated by Source Parts Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Delta CLI for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any measures we've put in place to secure the Service
• Share your license key or account credentials with others
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

Delta CLI is offered through various subscription plans, including a free trial. Each plan includes a specified number of commands per month. Usage beyond your plan's limit will be charged at the current overage rate.

3.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of Delta CLI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Delta CLI learns from your command patterns to provide better suggestions. This data is processed locally and encrypted before any transmission. We do not sell or share your command history with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Source Parts Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any scripts, configurations, or other content you create using Delta CLI. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized usage patterns to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURCE PARTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Source Parts Inc. from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
